2024 Adult Rowing

At Northampton Community Rowing, w Regardless of age, ability or experience, you will find a program suited to your interest at NCR.  Whether you have rowing experience or have always wanted to learn to row, Northampton Community Rowing has a program for you!

Adult Sessions

Interested in rowing without a membership? We are committed to bringing the sport of rowing to everyone who wants to learn, train and compete. We understand that a membership might not be right for everyone, and we are proud to offer our programs by session. Our sessions members get the same high caliber programing coached by the same coaches without the long term commitment!

Adult Membership

NCR offers two membership tiers for our membership. This membership gives members access to coached rowing sessions for the entirety of their membership. Membership dues will be split evenly across the contract period and billed monthly.

Membership discounts available for rowers who are just entering the workforce aged 23-30, and for rowers who are aged 70+. Please reach out to NCR Director of Programs or the club president, Sally Linowski, prior to registration!

Adult Learn to Row

It is always a good time to try something new! We offer learn to row classes for adults starting in April through the end of September. These classes are perfect for those with no experience with the sport and offer an introduction to the sport of rowing with a focus on terminology, the basics of the rowing stroke, technical skills-building, and rowing together in team boats.
