While the boats sleep, the rowers train.

 

Join us! Indoor training has started. You do not need to be a current member/rower to participate. With a focus on strength and conditioning, workouts include time on the erg as well as core workouts.

Programs available for adults and youth, regardless of level. This training involves a combination of erging on indoor rowers, body weight circuits, high intensity interval training, and flexibility training.

Our indoor facility is located at 299 Russell Street (Rt 9) in Hadley (attached to the former Rocky’s Hardware).

Youth Programs:
Session II. Feb. 4-March 1

Mon-Friday 3:30-5:30pm
OR
M/W/F 3:30-5:30pm

Session III: March 4-March 29th
Mon-Friday 3:30-5:30pm
OR
M/W/F 3:30-5:30pm

2. 2 mornings a week (must fall on M/W/F)

4. 2 evenings a week (must fall on T/Th/F)
