NCR is excited to offer its second Winter training session starting on January 2, 2017! Winter training is the best way to ensure that our team is faster and stronger next year! The focus of these sessions is to strengthen core and improve your flexibility - and improve overall strength and endurance. The coaches will be using the ergometer in conjunction with stretching, circuits and weight training.
Sessions are either M/W or T/Th from 6:00am - 7:30am, with options for an extra workout on Friday.
All sessions are held at our indoor winter facility at 26 N. King St. in Northampton.
