Adult Indoor Session 3 Begins

NCR is excited to offer Indoor Training through the winter! Participating in Indoor Training is the best way to ensure that our team is faster and stronger next year!
The focus of these sessions is to improve overall strength and endurance, strengthen core and improve flexibility with the goal of improving on-the-water performance.  The coaches will be using the ergometer in conjunction with stretching, circuits and weight training.
